Storing and transporting lithium batteries safely
The B&W type 908.8 battery transport case für TB65 is the ideal solution for the safe storage and transportation of intact and defective TB65 batteries from the DJI Matrice 300/350 RTK. 4x TB65 batteries can be transported; with the help of the customizable inlay, either 3x functional + 1x defective battery (in the fire protection bag and adapted inlay provided for this purpose) or 4 intact batteries.

Recommendations for handling defective lithium batteries
The B&W battery transport cases type 908 are officially approved for the transportation and storage of intact and defective lithium batteries in accordance with transport regulations P903 and P908.
P903 - Transportation and storage of intact lithium rechargeable batteries and batteries
- Fire protection bags do not have to be used; protect batteries from short circuits; if necessary, observe further specifications and detailed operating instructions
P908 - Transport and storage of defective lithium rechargeable batteries and batteries
Suitable for the following applications, please observe the relevant instructions:
- battery declared as defective for safety reasons
- deformed or inflated battery
- degassed cell or battery
- Burnt-out cell or battery
- melted plastic parts or connections on the battery
- specific gas odor detectable
- BMS (if present) identifies defective cells
- Damaged housing
Instructions for use:
- Use the fire protection bags; place the defective battery in a bag; protect batterie from short circuits; if necessary, observe further instructions and detailed operating instructions
- Defective batteries are not permitted for transportation by international sea or air freight!
- Batteries declared as intact can be transported by international sea or air freight subject to further specifications. Please note that batteries with more than 100Wh may not be transported in passenger aircraft, but only in cargo aircraft, and that the state of charge may not exceed 30% during Transportation.
