Three fast replacements
DJI Care Refresh offers, for a small additional fee, up to three replacement units within one year. All replacements meet DJI's performance and reliability standards. For the RS 3, the fee for the first replacement is 45€ for the second replacement 55€, for the third replacement 59€.
Replacement units are in like-new, or near-new condition in terms of performance and reliability.
Full Coverage, Hassle-Free
Accidental damage, including collisions, water damage, etc., is covered by the replacement service.
Rewards for Safe Use
If you have not used any replacement services during the entire service period, DJI will give you a one-year warranty extension as a bonus.
DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh only supports products purchased through official or authorized channels. DJI Care Refresh services are only available in the region of purchase.
DJI Care can only be added and registered when purchased new or within 30 days of initial activation at the latest, please keep this in mind.
You are only purchasing the activation code to register with DJI. Any service claims or services must be handled directly with DJI. After activation of the code, a revocation of the Care is no longer possible!
