If you are purchasing DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased DJI product, DJI Care Refresh will be activated automatically within 24 hours. Your service agreement will be sent to you via email.
DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh only supports products purchased from official or authorized channels, and its benefits are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
Each time you request a replacement, you'll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

If you have already purchased the DJI Care Refresh 2-year plan, it is not possible to add DJI Care Refresh +!
DJI Care can only be booked and registered with a new purchase or at the latest within 48 hours after the first activation, please note this.
You are only purchasing the activation code to register with DJI. Any service claims or services must be handled directly with DJI. After activation of the code, a revocation of the Care is no longer possible!
