International replacement service
Defective devices can be sent in via any DJI Authorized Repair Center worldwide once the customer’s Care Refresh is confirmed as valid. For a small additional fee, the Care package allows customers to receive up to 2 replacement devices within 24 months. Covering various kinds of damages, Care Refresh means worry-free use of all our products at all times. Provides two replacement units for a small additional charge in one year and covers a wide variety of accidents, giving you greater peace of mind.

If you are purchasing DJI Care Refresh separately for a previously purchased DJI product, DJI Care Refresh will be activated automatically within 24 hours. Your service agreement will be sent to you via email.
DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region. DJI Care Refresh only supports products purchased from official or authorized channels, and its benefits are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
Each time you request a replacement, you'll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
DJI Care can only be booked and registered with a new purchase or at the latest within 30 days after the first activation, please note this.
You are only purchasing the activation code to register with DJI. Any service claims or services must be handled directly with DJI. After activation of the code, a revocation of the Care is no longer possible!
