DJI Care Enterprise - Custom Edition
DJI Care Enterprise is now also available as a warranty extension or as a complete package which can be configured individually.
In addition to the regularly available 12-month care packages DJI now also offers a long-term service package aimed at ensuring that aircraft stay up-to-date and operational:
- The warranty period of many Enterprise products may be extended by two years to a total of 4 years.
- Individual comprehensive packages for drones and high-value payloads/cameras
- Replacement devices and repair service included
- Several years guaranteed availability of spare and repair parts

DJI Care can only be booked and registered with a new purchase or at the latest within 48 hours after the first activation, please note this.
You are only purchasing the activation code to register with DJI. Any service claims or services must be handled directly with DJI. After activation of the code, a revocation of the Care is no longer possible!
