DJI Matrice M300 RTK delivery includes ex works the DJI Care Enterprise Basic service, which is valid for 12 months. Against payment of a fee DJI Care Enterprise Basic allows for up to 2 replacement devices during that period in case of defective aircraft.
1st exchange fee: 699€

After 12 months, the service can be extended twice for another 12 months. The service can be extended to a maximum of 36 months.
During the activation process of the aircraft, DJI Care Enterprise Basic will either be activated automatically in the background or ask the user to confirm its activation in a pop-up window.
