After completing the order process you will receive a confirmation email and about 5 minutes later another email with a return slip.
Make sure to not have any other items in the shopping cart when completing the order.

Notice about warranty claims:
Please note that DJI Care and warranty claims can not be proceeded using our Repair Center. If you want to start your DJI Care process or a warranty claim, please visit the DJI Repair website.
Products with self-inflicted damaged or whose warranty period has expired on the other hand can be repaired at Globe Flight based on a cost estimate.
