Free shipping within Germany for orders over €500!

Deliveries within Germany:

  • Order value up to €25 / Deutsche Post Brief:
    • Deutsche Post Brief (only small products, no tracking possible): €3
    • DPD Parcel:
      • Order value up to €499: €5.49
      • Order value over €500: Free shipping
    • DHL National Parcel:
      • Order value up to €499: €6.49
      • Order value over €500: Free shipping
    • DHL Express Shipping (on request):
      • Costs must be requested individually for each shipment based on size, weight, and delivery date
    • UPS Standard for hazardous batteries in Germany:
      • Batteries over 100Wh: €14 (free shipping for orders over €800)

Deliveries abroad:

  • Letter shipping:
    • Order value up to €50, only small products, no tracking possible: €6
    • DHL EU:
      • Shipping as insured parcel: €16
    • UPS Standard International for hazardous batteries to most EU countries:
      • Batteries over 100Wh: €21 (free shipping for orders over €800)
    • DHL Switzerland:
      • Order value up to €920: €19
      • Order value over €920*: €76 (including all fees)
    • DHL World Parcel:
      • Order value up to €920: €19
      • Order value over €920*: €76 (including all fees)
      • *For orders over €920, an export declaration at the customs office is required for shipping to countries outside the EU, which we handle as a service for you. The total cost of €76 consists of parcel shipping costs, customs fees, and a handling fee.

Shipping times:

  • Unless otherwise stated in the item description, delivery within Germany usually takes 1-3 days, and international deliveries take 5-7 days after order confirmation (for agreed prepayment after your payment instruction). Note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered. For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the provision of the goods and the collection options.

National delivery time information:

  • DHL: The standard delivery time with DHL is 1 to 3 working days within Germany. In individual cases or unforeseen events, there may be delays in delivery. The indication "Delivery time: 1-3 days" is not binding and may vary. We only guarantee a delivery date for agreed express shipping.
  • Deutsche Post Brief: The delivery time for letters is up to 10 working days nationally. Letters are not insured and there is no tracking option.
  • DPD: The standard delivery time with DPD is 1 to 3 working days within Germany. In individual cases or unforeseen events, there may be delays in delivery. The indication "Delivery time: 1-3 days" is not binding and may vary. We only guarantee a delivery date for scheduled DHL express shipping.
  • UPS Standard: The standard delivery time with UPS is 1 to 3 working days within Germany. In individual cases or unforeseen events, there may be delays in delivery. The indication "Delivery time: 1-3 days" is not binding and may vary.

International delivery time information:

  • DHL: For international deliveries, very different delivery times are scheduled depending on the delivery country and region. Please contact our sales team for more detailed information regarding the delivery time to your country.
  • Letter: The delivery time for letters is up to 30 working days internationally. Letters are not insured and there is no tracking option.
  • DHL Express: For urgent shipments and scheduled deliveries, we offer our express service. Please contact our sales team for this.

Germany-wide:

  • For orders placed by 3:00 PM, we can guarantee delivery before 12:00 PM the next working day nationwide. We also offer individual delivery options:

Shipping of vouchers is done digitally by email and by post as a letter.
