The fastest way to start a claim for a DJI product is if you address yourself directly to the manufacturer.

Please do not send us any goods without having contacted us before! Doing so helps us keep the cases in order, distribute them better and accelerate the entire process.

Make sure to pay the correct postage for your return delivery since we can't accept any returns with unpaid postage. Please fill in the return form and describe the reason for the return or the malfunction as precise as possible, then put it in your parcel in a clearly visible place. You can use Acrobat Reader to fill in the form and print it out.

Repairs after a crash

DJI products with expired warranty period or products with self-inflicted damage can be repaired directly at the DJI Service Center as well.
