DJI CARE ENTERPRISE

Care Enterprise was specially developed to offer your DJI Enterprise drones comprehensive protection. In the standard version (as with DJI Care Refresh) 2 replacement devices are possible in the first 12 months, in addition there are various extensions such as an extension to a further 12 months or individual combinations. This efficient package offers more security for your entire DJI fleet.

If you have activated DJI Care Enterprise and would like to make use of the service, please start the process via this link REPAIR REQUEST DJI and on the following page with the button "Submit a repair request". You can then select the "DJI Care" option in the next steps.
