Unlimited repairs
Provides a coverage limit of €6,999 within 2 years. Water damage, drop damage and other accidents are covered with an unlimited number of free repairs within the coverage limit.
DJI Care Pro is now renewable
DJI Care Pro can be extended to a maximum total term of 4 years no later than 15 days after the expiration of the current contract term.
DJI Care Pro 2 Years: Can be extended 1x for 2 years (no later than the 15-day period after the current Care coverage expires).
Professional Maintenance Program
The professional maintenance program includes two services. Included are: Component testing, firmware updates and replacement of sensitive parts along with an official maintenance report.
International Service and Support*
DJI Care Pro's exclusive international warranty service gives you access to repair services from all DJI authorized repair centers around the world.
*International warranty service is only available for DJI products purchased from official DJI stores or DJI authorized sellers. Repair charges are subject to local repair center policies.
Extended Contract Bonus
When DJI Care Pro expires, the remaining coverage limit can be converted to a DJI Care Pro+ discount or extended warranty. Contact DJI support for this.
