We use sticky tape with Globe Flight logo for our parcels, so that the recipient can check the condition of the box immediately upon delivery.

Within Germany, orders with a value of up to 25€ can be delivered as an ordinary letter and orders with a value of up to 50€ as DPD small parcel with tracking. Orders with a value higher than 50€ will be shipped with DHL parcel insured.

*If the order value exceeds 920€ and the delivery adress is outside of the EU, an export declaration at the customs will be necessary. The export declaration procedure is a service which is done for you by Globe Flight and which is covered with the overall shipping cost. The total shipping cost of 76€ thus includes DHL shipping costs, the customs fee and a service fee.
 

Shipping times:

Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-3 days and 5-7 days to countries outside of Germany (beginning with the order confirmation or, if payment in advance is selected, with the payment receipt) if there is no other period of time mentioned in the product description. Please note that no delivery will take place on Sundays and on public holidays. Orders with multiple items are usually shipped at once except individual agreements. If you order items with different periods of delivery, the overall shipping time will depend on the item which is available at last. If you prefer picking up your order at our company, we will inform you via email about the availability status and pickup options.
 

National shipping times 

DHL
Standard DHL delivery time within Germany is 1-3 working days. However, delivery can be delayed in single cases or after unpredictable incidents.

German Post letter
Delivery time for national letters is up to 10 working days.
Letters are not insured and there is no tracking option.

DPD small parcel

DPD delivery of hazardous goods (for lipo batteries >100Wh)
DPD delivery of hazardous goods is only available within Germany and takes 2-4 working days. However, delivery can be delayed in single cases or after unpredictable incidents. Hazardous goods can solely be delivered on working days (not including Saturday) and if a commercial shipping address is provided.

We can't guarantee a certain delivey date due to the special regulations for transport and storage of hazardous goods. Neither Express delivery nor international shipping is possible for hazardous goods.

International shipping times 

DHL
International shipping times strongly depend on the destination country and its specific region. International shipping takes at least 2 working days, please contact our sales team if you require detailed information about shipping times to your country.

Letter
Shipping time for international letters is up to 30 working days. Letters are not insured and there is no tracking option.


DHL Express 

We offer DHL Express service for urgent deliveries with limited target dates. 

National Express shipping
If you order until 3pm, we can guarantee you the delivery within Germany until 12am on the following day. Apart from that we also offer individual shipping options:
