Processing of a repair

  1. Register your shipment here:  REGISTRATION

    Important for authorities and large companies:
    Please be sure to let us know if a special processing procedure is required for your shipment (e.g. with regard to approval/commissioning).
    You can enter this information in the "Error description" text field or enclose a clearly visible note with your shipment.

  2. You will then receive confirmation of your registration with a returns note by email

  3. Print out the returns note

  4. Enclose the printed returns note in the parcel so that it is clearly visible. Pack sensitive devices in particular carefully and only include relevant accessories

    IMPORTANT: All accessories such as battery, memory card, connection cable, charger, propeller, sticker, individual attachments or labels must remain with you (except in the case of DOA* or withdrawal **).

    We cannot guarantee that modifications in particular will be returned, as they may be removed during processing.

  5. Please ensure that the outer packaging is sturdy to avoid damage in transit and that the package has sufficient postage.
    Send the parcel to the following address and keep your tracking number:

(*) In case of DOA (Defect on Arrival, return within 7 days of invoice date), I confirm that all contents of the original packaging will be returned by me.

(**) In case of withdrawal, I confirm that all contents of the original packaging will be returned by me. The item and outer carton are in acceptable condition. I will bear the shipping costs for the return myself. If the complete order is returned, the original shipping costs will be credited to me. The refund will always be made to the original method of payment.
